ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) - Marcus Johnson scored a career-high 18 points and Gary Johnson hit a pair of free throws with 3.7 seconds remaining to seal UCF's 70-66 win over Stetson on Tuesday night.

The loss was Stetson's seventh straight to UCF (10-4, 3-3 Atlantic Sun Conference) and it was the Hatters third straight loss overall.

E.J. Gordon's two free throws with 33 seconds left brought Stetson (4-9, 2-4) to 68-66. Gary Johnson then missed the front end of a one-and-one, giving the Hatters a chance to tie or take the lead, but Will Holloman's runner in the lane with 6 seconds to go fell short.

Gary Johnson grabbed the rebound and was fouled to seal the win.
