ORLANDO, Fla. - The men's basketball team travels to UMKC on Saturday for the second game of a home-and-away series this season. The Golden Knights are coming off of a 90-73 win over Campbell on Thursday. UMKC comes into the match-up with an 0-4 mark, including a 62-56 loss in Orlando two weeks ago.

The Knights now have the best start in school history at 6-1 since moving to NCAA Division I. UCF had gone 5-2 twice prior to this season. Kingsley Edwards is coming off of a career game, scoring 19 points on 6-of-10 shooting, including 5-of-8 from downtown. Edwards led four Knights in double figures in UCF's last outing, vs. Campbell on Thursday night at the UCF Arena.

Since falling to UCF, UMKC has played just one game, falling at Northern Iowa. Three players are averaging double figures in scoring, with Mike English leading the way at 14.0 per game. English has come off the bench in three of UMKC's four games this year. The starting backcourt of Brandon Temple and Mose Howard are averaging 11.0 and 10.0 points per game respectively. Howard led UMKC with 17 points and five assists in the previous meeting between the two teams.

Tip-off is scheduled for 7:00 p.m., as Marc Daniels will call the action, which can be heard live on UCF ISP Sports Network and its flagship station 740-THE TEAM (AM).
