Director Suzi Katz coordinates a wide variety of community service activities throughout the academic year. At Halloween, student-athletes visit the local women and children's shelter. During Red Ribbon Week, they go to elementary schools and talk about the dangers of drugs.
There are also continuous projects like weekly visits to the Florida Children's Hospital and the Nemour's Children's Clinic and new activities are added often. One such project, Storybook Knights, began in December 2002. Student-athletes take new books to local elementary schools, where they read the story then donate the books to the school.
