KNIGHTS GIFT CARDS

Knights Gift Cards come in pre-set values of $50, $100, $250 and $500. After selecting your designated value, you will be required to provide the requested information at checkout, and your designated recipient can choose their game(s) and seat(s) once tickets go on sale (subject to availability).

Knights Gift Cards can only be redeemed for season tickets, mini-plans, group tickets, or regular season single game tickets.

Please note that these are digital gift cards and there is currently no option to purchase physical gift cards. UCF Athletics will send a confirmation email to the gift card purchaser upon purchase, with detailed instructions regarding how they (or their designated recipient) can redeem the gift card. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to notify the designated recipient of any gift card purchased on the recipient’s behalf, and provide the recipient with the gift card redemption instructions provided by UCF Athletics to the purchaser. Knights Gift Card recipient information will be collected during the checkout process solely to ensure the gift card funds are assigned to the appropriate recipient. The purchaser is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information provided to UCF Athletics at checkout.

Q: What values are available for purchase?

Gift Cards can be purchased in values of $50, $100, $250, and $500. You can purchase multiple levels to add up to the amount you desire. For example, one gift card worth $50 and another gift card worth $100 will total a $150 gift card total value.

Q: What can I buy with my Knights Gift Card?

Knights Gift Cards can only be redeemed for season tickets, mini-plans, group tickets, or regular season single game tickets. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase food, alcohol, merchandise, or any other items.

Q: How will my gift card recipient be notified that I purchased one for them?

Q: How can I redeem my Knights Gift Card?

1. Log in to your UCF Account Manager with the email address and password associated with your Knights Gift Card. If you do not already have an account, please click “Forgot Password” to initiate the account registration process.
2. Select your preferred game(s) and seat location(s) from the available options.
3. On the checkout screen, select the option to “Apply Account Credit”.
4. The gift card funds (up to the total amount of your purchase, including an applicable fee(s)) will be applied to your purchase and reflected in the “Order Summary”.

If the cost of the tickets exceeds the Knights Gift Card value, you will be required to pay the difference with another personal payment method before you are able to apply a Knights Gift Card to a qualifying purchase. If the Gift Card value exceeds the balance of the tickets selected, any remaining funds will remain on account for future qualifying purchases. Please note that gift cards cannot be redeemed on Ticketmaster’s main page, at the UCF Athletics Ticket Office, or to purchase fan-to-fan resale tickets to UCF Athletics events.

Q: How can I check my Knights Gift Card balance?

Q: Where can I reload (add value to) my Knights Gift Card?

There is no option to add value to the Gift Card once purchased. If you would like to increase your total Gift Card balance, you will need to buy another Gift Card.

Q: What is the expiration date of my Knights Gift Card?

The balance of your Knights Gift Card does not expire.

REDEMPTION OF GIFT CARDS

UCF Athletics does not charge any activation, service, dormancy or inactivity fees in connection with your Gift Card; you only pay for the face value of the Gift Card. No physical gift card will be provided to Gift Card purchasers or recipients. Your Gift Card has no expiration date nor does the value on your Gift Card ever expire. Gift Cards may be used toward the purchase of tickets to regular season UCF Athletics home games. Such purchases may be made through your UCF Athletics Account Manager. Gift Cards cannot be used at the UCF Athletics Ticket Office or toward the purchase of any other types of tickets, including tickets to other Ticketmaster events, fan-to-fan resale tickets, or post-season events. Gift Cards are not returnable or redeemable for cash except in states where it is required by law.

Upon redemption, the entire balance of a Gift Card will be deposited to the recipient’s UCF Athletics Account Manager. Gift Cards are not reloadable and cannot be associated with multiple Account Manager accounts. For balance inquiries, email tickets@athletics.ucf.edu or call 407-823-1000. The amount of your Gift Card balance on Account Manager will be applied to the full amount of your ticket purchase made via UCF Athletics Account Manager, including any fees (e.g., applicable taxes). You cannot add value/balance to (i.e., reload) your Gift Card. If your purchase exceeds the amount of your Gift Card balance on Account Manager, you must pay the difference using another payment method or purchase another Gift Card. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for past purchases. Unused Gift Card balances are not transferable. UCF Athletics reserves the right to require additional verification of your identity, Gift Card or account ownership, or the provision of an additional payment method before you are able to apply a Gift Card to a qualifying purchase. Gift Cards are not replaceable if lost or stolen except as required by law and only with proof of purchase as required.
