Accessibility Commitment Statement

At Acrisure Bounce House, we are committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for all guests, including those with disabilities. We strive to ensure full access to our facilities, services, and events in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and other applicable laws.

Our goal is to remove barriers and provide equal opportunities for all visitors by offering accessible seating, parking, transportation, assistive devices, and dedicated staff support. We continuously work to improve our accessibility practices and welcome feedback to better serve our diverse community.

If you have any questions or need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us. Your comfort, safety, and enjoyment are our highest priorities.

Accessible Assistance

On event days, you may text us at 407-904-4456 with a brief description of the assistance you need. This text line is available only on event days. For assistance on non-event days, please contact the ticket office at 407-823-1000.

Animal Policy

Only service animals are allowed in Acrisure Bounce House on game day. Guests attempting to enter with non-service animals will be denied entry.

A service animal is defined as an animal individually trained to perform tasks for a person with a disability. Tasks may include guiding individuals who are blind or visually impaired, alerting those who are deaf or hard of hearing, pulling a wheelchair, assisting with balance or mobility, alerting to seizures, retrieving objects, or other specialized tasks.

If necessary, university, UCFAA staff, or law enforcement officials may ask the person with the animal what specific tasks the animal is trained to perform to verify its status as a service animal.
