ORLANDO – As your UCF Knights get ready to return to the baseball field, we are excited to announce what's new for the 2023 season.
UCF athletics has several enhancements to the game day experience in the 'What's New in '23" list below:
NEW Ballpark Friendly Pricing – You asked and we listened - We are thrilled to share with you our new 3-2-1 menu available all season. Nachos and pretzels will be priced at $3 each, hot dogs and peanuts are $2 each and for $1, you can get a bag of popcorn or chips.
NEW Concessions Specialty items - Throughout the season, fans can look forward to specialty concession items based on opponents and promotions, Starting with, a southern specialty, pulled pork nachos for the Georgia Southern series (3/3-3/5). On March 5 (305 day) only there will be Cuban sandwiches. Crab meat hot dogs and crab cakes for the Maryland series (3/24-3/26). Kevin's famous chili cheese dogs for "Knight at the Office" (3/10). And 'Naut Nation's favorite, Citronaut drink and ice cream every Saturday.
NEW Trivia and Trading Card Tuesday – Every Tuesday fans can expect a unique trivia topic from Mardi Gras, baseball movies, to boy bands. Also on Tuesday's, fans can collect a collectible senior trading card for every game. Ensure that you make it out to each Midweek game to collect the entire eight card pack.
Citronaut Saturdays – The Knights will become the 'Nauts every Saturday. From the team to the in-venue marketing and socials, everything will be Citronaut themed. Fans can expect 'Naut and space themed expect giveaways, concession items (Citronaut drink and ice cream) and an out of this world gameday experience.
Family Sundays - Knightro's Kids Zone will be new and improved with games, inflatables, and verity acts, on-field promotions for the whole family to enjoy, and like always kids run the bases after the game.
Bark at the Park - Bring your furry friend to the ballpark (3/26 and 4/30) for a fun day with UCF Baseball. Fans and their pups get the chance to compete against others in fun in-game promotions. Water and clean up stations will be provided throughout the ballpark.
Post Game Autographs - After every game, fans will get the chance to meet and get their new 2023 poster signed by the team on the right field berm.
