Fulks posted 14.6 points per game while shooting an impressive 47.7% from the floor during his redshirt senior campaign this past season. The six-foot-two guard started each game for the Panthers during their 2024-25 slate, helping lead them to a 21-11 record with a 14-6 mark in Horizon League play.

In addition to his scoring ability, Fulks averaged a remarkable 5.9 assists per game. He earned a trio of double-doubles on the campaign, scoring 21 points with a season-high 12 assists vs. Wright State on Feb. 14. Additionally, he scored 12 points with 11 assists at IU Indy on Feb. 5 and 21 points with 10 assists on Feb. 21. He posted 23 performances in which he had at least five assists and had just two games where he didn’t record multiple assists.

The Winston-Salem, N.C. native tallied 23 games in which he scored double-digit points and led the team with seven 20+ point performances. Fulks joins Jamichael Stillwell as the second Milwaukee transfer to land at UCF this offseason. Stillwell tallied 25 double-digit scoring performances last season with the Panthers, meaning the two registered 48 combined games scoring 10 or more points.

Fulks’ collegiate career began at South Carolina State in 2020-21 before spending the 2021-22 season at Dodge City Community College at the NJCAA level. He returned to Division I action in 2022-23, spending two seasons at Louisiana, averaging 9.8 points across his two seasons with the Rajin’ Cajuns.

A standout basketball and football player for North Davidson high school, Fulks averaged 35.2 points per game as a senior, the best clip in North Carolina, finishing the season with over 1,000 points on the campaign. On the gridiron, Fulks was the team’s top receiver with 107 catches while also playing defensive back and returning kicks.

Fulks played a key role in getting his squad to the NCAA Tournament while with Louisiana in 2022-23. He scored 23 points in the Sun Belt Championship, beating South Alabama to punch the Rajin’ Cajuns’ ticket to March Madness. Fulks and company ended up playing their first round game in Orlando, drawing Tennessee in the Kia Center, less than a half hour drive from Addition Financial Arena where he will call home for the 2025-26 season. Fulks tallied 11 assists in the contest, but still, Louisiana fell 58-55 to the Volunteers.
