TRUE FRESHMAN SEASON (2013)
-Worked with the scout team
HIGH SCHOOL
-Played for coach John Brantley at Trinity Catholic
-Helped Trinity Catholic claim the FHSAA Class 2B state title in 2010 with a 56-55 three-overtime thriller over University School of Nova Southeastern
-In that title game, had seven tackles, one TFL and a break-up
-Trinity Catholic reached the regional finals in 2012
-Received Defensive Player of the Year honors in 2012 from the Ocala Star-Banner, intercepting a county-high nine passes, and having 24 break-ups with 43 tackles and a forced fumble
-Also served as a kick and punt returner while in high school, scoring five touchdowns on returns (including interceptions) his final season
-Spent limited time on offense, leading his team in yards per catch in 2012 (22.8)
-With his twin brother Damonte, won the Top Underclassmen Award at the 2011 Orlando MVP Camp
-Ran track and also played basketball while in high school
-Received offers from Tennessee State and Jacksonville, and interest from Alabama, Duke, Florida, Florida State, LSU, Louisville, Miami, Purdue, South Carolina and USF
