Orlando, Fla. -- Five UCF Knights have signed NFL contracts as undrafted free agents following the 2025 NFL Draft. Offensive lineman Amari Kight, wide receivers Kobe Hudson and Jacoby Jones, defensive tackle Ricky Barber, and defensive back BJ Adams will each get their shot at the next level, representing the Black and Gold in the NFL.
Jacoby Jones – Washington Commanders
After transferring to UCF from Ohio last spring, Jones emerged as a key contributor for the Knights during the latter part of the season. Jones utilized his size and experience to make significant plays. Over 11 games, he recorded 22 receptions for 327 yards and two touchdowns, averaging 14.9 yards per catch. Jones's impact was particularly notable in back-to-back games against BYU and Arizona. Against BYU, he secured six receptions for 116 yards and a touchdown. The following week, he caught all five of his targets for 106 yards and another touchdown in a dominant win over Arizona in the Space Game.

Amari Kight – Seattle Seahawks
A cornerstone of UCF’s offensive line, Kight heads to the Pacific Northwest, signing with the Seattle Seahawks. Kight played a crucial role in UCF’s high-powered rushing attack, paving the way for running back RJ Harvey’s record-breaking career on the ground. His size, strength, and leadership anchored a unit that consistently ranked among the best in the Big 12, helping the Knights boast one of the most dynamic offenses in the nation during his tenure.

One of the most electric playmakers in recent UCF history, Hudson is headed to the Carolina Panthers. He led the Knights in receiving yards in each of his two seasons in Orlando and became known for his big-play ability and clutch performances. Hudson earned honorable mention All-Big 12 accolades for the second consecutive season in 2024 after reeling in a team-high 47 receptions for 770 yards with four touchdowns. His receiving yardage ranked among the top 15 of the Big 12 and he averaged 16.38 yards per reception, the seventh most in the league. He had three games with 100 or more receiving yards during the season and had his best showing of the year at TCU with six catches for 145 yards with a pair of touchdowns, including the game-winner with less than a minute remaining. Hudson also had at least one reception in every game to end his time in a Knights uniform with a streak of 35 consecutive games, the second longest in program history.

In the 2024 season, Adams appeared in nine games, starting each, and recorded 14 tackles, including 10 solo stops. He tied for the team lead with two interceptions, one of which he returned 63 yards for a touchdown against Iowa State—a pivotal play that gave the Knights a halftime lead and marked the second-longest pick-six in the Big 12 that season. Adams also tallied nine forced incompletions and four pass breakups, showcasing his ball-hawking instincts and physical style of play.
