LAWRENCE, Kan. - The UCF women’s cross country team is set to begin postseason racing at its third Big 12 Championship this Friday at Rim Rock Farm, hosted by the University of Kansas. The women’s 6K race is scheduled to start at 12 p.m. EDT. and will be streamed live on ESPN+
The Knights enter the postseason looking to carry the momentum from their strong showing at the Bradley Pink Classic, where several runners achieved personal bests. Sophomore Ava Quattrocchi secured her career best 6K time of 21:42.93, while Yvone Sandui tied her personal record of 21:33.50. Madison Patchan also ran a personal best of 22:07.49. Sophomore Alexandra Raquet led the way with a PR of 20:45.77, securing the second-fastest women's 6K time in program history.
Throughout the season, the Knights have continued to build consistency and depth. Sandui and Raquet have emerged as top performers for the team, headlined by many personal bests across both 5K and 6K distances, anchoring the Knights’ success heading into the postseason.
