MEMPHIS, Tenn. (UCFAthletics.com) - The 2010 UCF football season came one step closer to commencing on Sunday afternoon as Conference USA hosted its football media day at the Hilton Memphis. George O'Leary and Bruce Miller represented the Knights at the annual event which returned today after a one-year hiatus in 2009.

Reporters from many C-USA locales were on hand along with select national media outlets. The league office and ISP Sports also teamed up on a two-hour live radio show that aired live in each C-USA market, including 740 The Game in Orlando.

O'Leary and Miller were joined at the event by the league's other head coaches and a player from each school with the exception of Tulane which could not be represented on Sunday because Tropical Storm Bonnie forced the cancellation of the Green Wave's flight out of New Orleans' Louis Armstrong Airport this morning.

The Knight duo answered a breadth of questions ranging from their thoughts on the upcoming season in which UCF is a favorite in C-USA's East Division, to recent national news regarding agents to this past summer's conference expansion rumors. After the interviews were over separate but nice dinners were enjoyed by the head coaches and student-athletes. Miller will fly back to Orlando on Monday morning while O'Leary, along with the other coaches, will spend the day in Memphis for the Liberty Bowl's annual charity golf outing to benefit St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
