ORLANDO - Perhaps the most exciting non-game day in college football is here Wednesday on National Signing Day. The UCF football offices were filled with anticipation and excitement as the faxes started to pour in just after 7 a.m.

The first National Letter of Intent arrived at 7:02 a.m. Wednesday morning from tight end Ricky Yates of Tallahassee.
