Important Information:
- Any currently enrolled UCF student is granted FREE admission to all regular-season home games
- All event admission is on a first-come, first-served basis. Claiming a pass DOES NOT guarantee admission so arrive at games EARLY
- Students must have their valid UCF I.D. AND their mobile pass to enter
- Students are also able to purchase Student Guest Passes directly from UCFStudentTix.com. Non-conference games will cost $15 and conference games will cost $23.
- Once the Student Guest Pass allotment is sold, UCF Athletics may decide to make more available the day before the game (not guaranteed).
- NO screenshot tickets will be allowed to enter Addition Financial Arena -- you MUST add them to Apple Wallet or Google Pay.
HOW TO CLAIM YOUR STUDENT PASS
STEP ONE
Go to UCFStudentTix.com on your mobile phone and login using your UCF student email address.
STEP TWO
Your first time logging into UCFStudentTix.com, you will receive a text from 986-96 asking you to opt-in for future text notifications. Reply "yes" to confirm your opt-in.
STEP THREE
In the Fan Hub, you'll see your passes for each game. Tap Manage Tickets to view when your barcodes will be available, or Buy Student Guest Tickets to purchase a single game guest pass for a certain game.
STEP FOUR
Your pass(es) and barcodes will be available prior to every home basketball game. If opted-in to text notifications, you will receive a text message from 986-96 when your passes are available to be accepted, or follow the steps above to access your passes.
STEP FIVE
Tap to Accept your pass, then tap View Seats and Barcodes to view your mobile barcodes.
STEP SIX
If you have an iPhone, you may save your pass to Apple Wallet for easier access. Scan your barcode at the gate, and enjoy the game!
PURCHASING STUDENT GUEST PASS
STEP ONE
In the Fan Hub, tap "Buy Student Guest Tickets" under the game you want to purchase a guest pass for.
STEP TWO
Select how many passes you would like to purchase (limit one per student), then tap Buy Now.
STEP THREE
Enter your payment information and tap Purchase Now to complete your order. Return to the Fan Hub to see all of your passes.

Q: Do I have to purchase my UCF Student Pass?
A: No, UCF enrolled students receive a FREE pass to UCF basketball regular season home games.

Q: How do I access my UCF Student Pass?

Q: How much do UCF student guest passes cost?
A: Student guest passes can be purchased through the student ticketing platform for $15 to non-conference games and $23 to conference games. Each UCF student is limited to one (1) guest pass per game.
