ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFAthletics.com) - The 2013 Art of Coaching Volleyball is coming to UCF Mar. 16-17 and will be led by coaching greats Russ Rose, Terry Liskevych, and John Dunning. Mary Wise of the University of Florida and UCF's Todd Dagenais will join these unprecedented legends for a weekend of clinics that will challenge coaches of all experience levels to create or enhance their own coaching philosophy.

As head coach of the women's volleyball squad at Penn State, Rose has stockpiled 22 conference titles and more than 1,000 victories through 34 seasons in Happy Valley. The AVCA Hall of Famer has also led the Nittany Lions to five NCAA National Championships. John Dunning, head coach of Stanford University, is an inductee of the AVCA Hall of Fame and has delivered six conference titles and four NCAA National Championships to the Farm in 12 seasons with the women's volleyball program. Liskevych, a member of the AVCA Hall of Fame and former head coach of the USA women's national team, has coached eight seasons at the helm for Oregon State University and won the FIVB World Grand Prix gold medal in 1995 on one of the world's most premiere stages.

Coaches are invited to learn from the legends in clinics that range from the Basics of Coaching to Attacking Technique & Offensive Systems and Making Your Teams More Competitive. By bringing over 100 years of volleyball experience to the UCF Venue, coaches will be challenged to learn various methods of teaching particular skills in addition to developing their own style of coaching the game.

UCF and Florida will play in an exhibition match immediately after the Saturday clinic sessions and coach clinic attendees will be encouraged to stay and watch the match for FREE from the upper level box suite in The Venue. The match will consist of 3 sets to 25 and 1 set to 15. Fans and other non-coaching clinic attendees will have access to the normal bleacher seating in The Venue.
