ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFKnights.com) - After a sweep of LIU Brooklyn, UCF continues a seven-match homestand on Wednesday against No. 5 Miami at 6:30 p.m. The Knights are facing their second Top-5 opponent this season.

The matchup on the mound features junior righty Juan Pimentel (0-2, 7.63 ERA, 7 K) going up against the Hurricanes' right-hander Jessie Lepore (2.41 ERA, 2-0, 15 K). The Knights are set to make a return trip to Coral Gables on April 13.

Junior first baseman Austin Griffin was selected to The American Honor Roll on March 14 after a stellar week for UCF (10-7). The Keller, Texas, native blasted three homers including grand slam and drove in eight runs, while posting a 1.025 slugging pct.

Miami (13-3) is ranked as high as No. 5 in the Collegiate Baseball Poll after taking a series, 2-1, at ACC-foe Virginia Tech. The Hurricanes also have notable wins over Stetson, Florida, Florida Gulf Coast and Rutgers.

The Knights round out a seven-game homestand with contests against Brown at 6:30 p.m. Friday and 1 p.m. Sunday. UCF faces Bradley on Saturday with the first-pitch set for 4 p.m.
