ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFKnights.com) - UCF Volleyball head coach Todd Dagenais will be presenting at the 2017 American Volleyball Coaches Association Convention (AVCA) from December 13-17 in Kansas City, Mo. The annual event is the largest gathering of volleyball coaches in the world.

"It's always an honor to be asked to speak or present at the AVCA convention each year," he said. "It's a great chance to give back to the sport, and also helps the Volleyball community see as a UCF front and center member of the sport."

One of just 100 presenters, Dagenais will deliver a talk on Semi-Final Match Analysis. Only the top minds in volleyball ranging from youth to professional levels were selected to teach on various subjects.

Coaching legends from club, high school, and college will have on-court presentations and panel discussions focusing on the on-court technical aspect of the sport as well as off-court issues.

Kansas City will be the epicenter of volleyball in the United States in December, where it will also serve as the site for the NCAA Championship and the Under Armour High School All-America Match & Skills Competition at the Sprint Center. Also, the best college volleyball players and the top coaches in the country will be honored at the AVCA All-America/Players of the Year Banquet and Jostens Coaches Honors Luncheon, respectively.
