James Kersey was a 4 year cheerleader at UCF, and a member of the 2003 National Championship squad. He earned his bachelor[apos]s degree in Criminal Justice in 2005, and a Masters Degree in Business Administration in 2006. Upon graduation, Coach Kersey began his career as an event producer, and brand director, for Spirit Cheer and was instrumental in the development of cutting edge cheerleading shoe designs for Nfinity shoes. He also served on the United States All Star Federation (USASF) World Advisory Board from 2009 to 2011. James Kersey began his coaching career in 2008 as an assistant coach at the University of North Carolina Wilmington. Coach Kersey was hired in 2009 to coach the LSU Tigers cheerleading team. In 2011 he was excited to return home to his Alma Mater where he accepted the assistant coaching position for UCF[apos]s two time national champion cheerleading team and is entering his 4th year of coaching at UCF. James Kersey is also the CEO of both MacArthur USA Sporting Goods, and the event producing company [quote]All Out Championships[quote].
