UCF competed against teams from 33 countries including Austria, Japan, Sweden, Russia, Switzerland, and Finland. Coach Gooch is married to former UCF Football Assistant Coach Alan Gooch (also an alumni). Coach Alan Gooch was a member of the Knights football staff for more than 20 years.
